Refund Policy
Challenge AccountFailure in Phase 1 or Phase 2: If we fail to pass your challenge during either phase, we will cover the cost of your next challenge of the same account size with one of our trusted prop firms—and pass it at no extra fees.
Funded AccountFailure During Management: If management of your funded account fails (i.e., the account loses funding due to drawdown or violation of terms), we will purchase and attempt the same-size challenge again with one of our trusted prop firms—completely free of additional charges.
